Installing on top of existing tiled floors
If you are renovating a worn tiled floor, it is usually recommended to avoid chiselling out the old floor. A tiled floor can be smoothed out using a suitable screed so that the design flooring can be laid over the top. No chiselling, no rubble, no dust!
1| Clean and prime
2| Smooth out the joints with screed
3| Secure edging strips and prime
4| Apply cement screed
5| Glue down the flooring
6| Roll to ensure even application of adhesive
